Swim & Dive Meeting:   There will be a preseason meeting for the Swim and Dive Team on Thursday, Oct. 24th at 2:40pm in the balcony of the pool house.  Practice will follow shortly after. 


 
Girls Basketball Meeting:   Therewill be a mandatory meeting for girls interested in tyring out for basketball on Monday, Oct. 21st at 2:30 pm at WEST in the orange gym.  The meeting will last 5 minutes and if you have a Fall Sport, you can leave right away to get to practice. If not, we are working out afterward, and you are welcome to join us. Any questions, please see Coach Sciolla at EAST in room 246 or email him at fsciolla@pennsburysd.org


Attention Baseball Players! There will be a meeting on Monday, October 7th, at 6pm in the East Cafeteria for ALL 9th-12th graders interested in trying out for Baseball in the Spring and participating in winter workouts.  You MUST attend the meeting with a parent. We will be providing the calendar of workouts and events for the year. If you have questions, please see Coach Pettit in the West orange gym.


Indoor Track:   Any sprinter, hurdler, thrower, jumper interested in competing for the Indoor Track team, who is not in a fall sport - Pre-season training will begin on Thursday, Oct. 10th . Please meet at the field house immediately after school. Any questions, please see coach Demore in room 220 at EAST. 

Boys & Girls Bowling:   Anyone interested in boys and girls bowling must attend a meeting on 10/17 immediately afterschool at Levittown Lanes.   For more info contact Coach Nicol at dnicol@pennsburysd.org


Wrestling:  there will be a meeting for anyone interested in wrestling on Monday October 14th right after school in the PHS East Wrestling Room starting at 2:30pm.  For more information please contact Coach Stinson at wstinson20@gmail.com. 


Student-Athlete Info:

REMINDER MISSING PHYSICAL OR INCOMPLETE INFO = NO PARTICIPATION 

1.  Students need a physical completed on or after June 1, 2019  in order to participate in any PIAA sport during the 2019-2020 School year. Physicals completed before this date are not acceptable per PIAA Rules &  RegulationsWE CANNOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!  (if you cannot go to your primary physician, there are urgent care centers and local pharmacy clinics which charge lessor fees.)  

2.   At the High School level all athletic physical information is submitted online through Family ID (see blue button on right side)

3.   All student-athletes must view the concussion presentation at the start of the season of the sport they are trying out for. (see     Concussion Info on left side) 

4.   Students & Families should familiarize themselves with the PSD Interscholastic Sports Rules & Regulations AND the Parent   Communication Plan (see tabs on right side)

5.   Check the team websites for specific team info (see team website tab on left)

6.   Email the coach for the team you are interested in trying out for more info (see coaching staff tab on left) 

7.   Listen to the school's daily annoucements for sports info

8.   Check our webpage often for last minute info such as cancellations and changes to sporting events - especially during inclement weather


 STUDENT-ATHLETES TRANSFERRING TO PENNSBURY:

If you were matriculated at another high school (whether or not you played a sport there) and plan to participate in a sport at Pennsbury you must complete a Transfer Waiver request (see link on right).  Return the transfer paperwork to Lou Sudholz, Athletic Director at PHS West
