How To Apply

Certified/Administrative Positions

Available certified and administrative positions are posted under Current Employment Opportunities on this website. To apply for a certified or administrative position in Pennsbury, click on the link to access PA-REAP, and complete the Pennsylvania Standard Application on-line. We do not accept paper applications.

Instructions for Applying Online through the PAREAP website :

  1. Click on "Employment Center"
  2. Click on "Join PA REAP"
  3. Click on "Sign-up Here"
  4. Click on "Register Here"
  5. Click on "I Agree"
  6. Fill out Registration Form
  7. Click on "Next"

Follow instructions to complete.

Note that you will need your user name and password whenever you log on to complete, polish or update your application file.

When applying for posted positions your application should be available on PA-REAP. Once this is done send a letter of interest and resume to the Office of Human Resources. Your letter of interest and resume may be mailed to us, faxed at (215-428-4996), or e-mailed to Cindy Demore at   cdemore@pennsbury.k12.pa.us   . This paperwork will not be held in our office if you are not applying for a specific, posted position.

If contacted for an interview, you will be asked to bring the following documentation to complete your application:

  • Original, current Act 34, Act 151, and FBI Finger Printing clearances
  • Original Pennsylvania certificate
  • Copies of transcripts
  • Three professional references
  • Physical and TB Test

Support Staff Positions

Available support staff positions are posted under Current Employment Opportunities on this website. All support staff positions are posted for a period of 5 work days. Job postings are displayed in each school building and department, and are listed on Pennsbury Cable Channel and on this website.

To be considered for a posted position, you must have a Pennsbury Support Application on file and submit an INTEREST FORM for each position that you are interested in. INTEREST FORMS are located in the Human Resources Department. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

Please Note:  Consideration will be given to applications from current employees prior to outside applicants.
