Public Invited to Pennsbury School District Art Show
May 22-23, 5:30-8:30 p.m. |
|
Over 3,000 pieces of art created by the students of Pennsbury are on display in the gymnasium at Pennsbury High School East this week. The school is located at 705 Hood Boulevard in Fairless Hills. The public is invited to attend this free exhibit that showcases student work done in such media as ceramic, stained glass, water color, acrylic, papier mache', and digital photography, among many others. Realistic as well as abstract art pieces demonstrate students' talents and acquired knowledge of the work of world-famous artists. A total of 21 art teachers, including District Art Curriculum Coordinator, Ruth Anne Schultz, staged this colorful, multi-dimensional display.
