Concussion Information

Concussion Education Program for Athletes February 27, 2019

PA has legislation requiring all student-athletes to receive concussion and head injury information prior to the start of their season. Additionally, most student-athletes will also be tested using Impact. This will be a baseline test to be used if the athlete sustains a head injury during the season. We have partnered with St Mary's Hospital and Bucks County IU to provide a Powerpoint  presentation and help administer the Impact testing.

All prospective Spring sport athletes and coaches are requested to report to Keller Hall on Wed, February 27 at 2:30 PM.

If you attended the Fall or Winter Concussion Education Program, you do not need to attend again this school year.

After the informational session, all Boys Lacrosse will take the Impact test. All players should bring their school-issued Chromebook (fully charged!) to the testing. Anyone who does not have a school-issued Chromebook will use a desktop PC in the West library for testing.

Any athlete who took the Impact Test prior to the Fall or Winter season does not neet to take it again.

Parents are the community are inivited to attend this presentation.
